Seriously though, I did just turn 50 and I am stepping into working smarter, not harder. These past few years since Covid became our new reality and knocked most of us on our asses, I have been dreaming... big time. When it comes to my work, which I truly enjoy, yet longterm, it’s just not sustainable. As I enjoy giving massages and doing bodywork, working with women has become my passion. These past five years, I have been hosting Qoya Inspired Movement classes, right here in downtown Bozeman. Wow, the love, the connection and awareness that comes through is transformational. I hold these classes, not only for you, yet for me as well. Qoya has given me permission to step fully into my true authentic and passionate self.

I share this, as Qoya is the base, the common denominator of all that I offer. Currently, I find myself nestled into downtown Bozeman where I work, live, host day retreats and host monthly Qoya classes. Yet, my desired dream is to have a home, where I can continue to massage and host mini and affordable, overnight retreats for you. My very own home and personal retreat center here in Southwest Montana.
