I am a women that has chased her dreams all over the country…

From being a camp counselor in Maine. Guiding wilderness trips in Virginia and Colorado. To hospitality management, bartending and massaging in Colorado and Alaska.

I grew up in a small, Northern Michigan town, playing in streams and lakes with my 3 sisters. I love spending time outdoors, riding and walking trails, floating down rivers and gliding down the slopes.

I am daughter, sister, aunt, friend of many, a dreamer, a lover and a being of light. Now, for the past 12 years, I find myself in Bozeman, Montana. I am self employed, as a massage therapist, Qoya facilitator and yoga instructor. I moved here, as I dreamed to live in Montana my whole life, well at least a large portion of it anyway. Little did I know how supported I would be through my community, the mountains and the rivers. This is my home and so I shall stay.

I choose to live in gratitude, which brings my heart much joy. I enjoy travel and time away from my work. So when I do my work, I can be fully present with you. Now that I am 50 and stepping into a new decade, I find myself full of excitement for this next chapter of my life, personally and what will will unfold professionally. I see myself showing up for you for another few decades, thank you for showing up for me.
